As a Technical Designer for The Company, you will be responsible for working under the guidance of 2 Sr Techs to support the technical design process. This is an onsite role located in downtown LA, requiring 5 days of work per week.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a technical position at another company and ideally have experience working with woven garments since The Company focuses on woven's products.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Spec creation: You should be comfortable creating detailed specifications for garments.
2. Fittings: You will participate in fittings and provide constructive feedback on garment fit and construction.
3. Grading knowledge: Understanding garment grading is essential.
4. Tech pack creation: You will use Excel extensively as the company utilizes it for their tech packs.
5. Collaborative interviews: The interview process consists of two rounds - one Zoom interview and one onsite interview.
